- All of the users of "Shareware Tracker" are experienced. However,
- other programs I've written are sometimes used by beginners.
- Using "First Impression" to install the programs for them has
- eliminated many support calls. It's simple, straight-forward
- design walks the beginner through the install with no problems.
-
-
- And for the author, it's easy to learn. I had a customized
- installation procedure for one of my programs in about a
- half an hour after loading FI.
-
- I use and highly recommend "First Impression".
